The set makes my hair feel extremely healthy without making it look greasy. I only use the set about once a week and inbetween uses I use a regular shampoo and conditioner. It has a mild/neutral scent which is a pro and con depending on how fragrant you prefer your shampoo to be. Overall, it left my hair and scalp feeling extremely clean and I was able to go a full week before washing my hair again. I was shocked that my scalp/hair was still not oily on the 7th day.
